Dev Electronics debuts The Audio Fest

India: Dev Electronics recently hosted the inaugural edition of The Audio Fest at the Nehru Center in Mumbai. The distributor and systems integrator organised the two-day event as a platform to showcase the wide range of brands and manufacturers it represents as either a sole or regional distributor, or as a prime dealer. This included equipment from Allen & Heath, Behringer, Bose, Denon, Dynatech, Harman, Mackie, P.Audio, Pioneer DJ, PowerX, QSC, Sennheiser, Shure, Studiomaster, Wharfedale Professional and Yamaha. On display were point source and line array loudspeaker systems, mixing consoles, amplifiers and processors, as well as drivers, components and DJ gear.

Members of the pro audio community from across the country attended The Audio Fest, including rental company owners, live sound engineers, installers and system integrators, DJs and music producers. Dev Electronics took advantage of the sales opportunity by offering special deals on much of the equipment on show.

Away from the trade show-like floor, attendees were also drawn in with a range seminars and product training sessions led by representatives from manufacturers Sennheiser, Harman Professional, Pioneer DJ and Yamaha. The opportunity to network with representatives from each of these brands was also given.

‘The Audio Fest 2017 has truly been a festival of professional audio in every sense of the word,’ said Dilip Devjani, director of Dev Electronics. ‘From showcases of the best in pro audio technologies across application segments to intense knowledge sessions and serious and meaningful business networking, The Audio Fest 2017 had it all. The show catered to every single need of all industry professionals, and thanks to the support of all our partners, our dedicated clientele, and all our respected industry fraternity who graced the show with their presence and showered us with all their support and good wishes, The Audio Fest 2017 turned out to be every bit as amazing as we had imagined it to be. Now we’re eagerly looking forward to 2018.’
