Mahajak has supplied and installed the A/V equipment at the new head office of financial services company Srisawad Corp in Bangkok. Following the system design put together by Atkrist Co, Mahajak installed a variety of Harman-branded systems along with Shure mics, Panasonic projectors and Razr motorized screens.
‘The 6-storey building was constructed to be the company’s head office building,’ explained Supachai Sakulchoo, project sales engineer at Mahajak. ‘There are office zones, public areas and meeting rooms. The customer required an audio system on the ground floor that supported background music as well as being able to support other activities and events. In addition, the customer required an audiovisual and control system for the seminar and boardroom.’
The ground floor has been equipped with three JBL Control 25-1 speakers and four Control16C/T ceiling speakers with power provided by a Crown CDi 4|300 amplifier. A BSS Blu-3 wall controller and Blu-50 processor are joined by a Soundcraft Signature 16 audio console, while a pair of Shure SM58LC microphones can capture audio during speeches and presentations thanks to the BLX24R/SM58 handheld wireless microphone systems.
The third floor seminar space is fitted with a pair of JBL CBT70J-1 plus 70JE-1 column speakers and two Control 19CS in-ceiling subwoofers powered by a Crown XLi 1500 amplifier. Zone control is offered by a dbx ZonePro 1260m equipped with a ZC-Fire dedicated fire safety interface. A Soundcraft Signature 22 mixer and pair of Shure BLX24RA/SM58-R12 mic systems are included with Shure MX418D gooseneck mics and JBL LSR305 PA systems serving as monitors. On the visual side, Panasonic PT-EW650E projectors beam images to a RAZR EMW-A150 motorised screen, while AMX solutions including the NX2200 and PSR5.4 offer control.
The boardroom features a Panasonic PT-VW540 projector with RAZR EMW-A150 screen, JBL Control 25-1 speakers and Crown XLi 800 amplifier with an AMX MCP-108 video control system.
‘We installed wall-mount and ceiling speakers to deliver the background music and support public announcements and events,’ confirmed Mr Sakulchoo. ‘As for the seminar room, we installed L-R loudspeakers on the stage and subwoofers in the ceiling. The control equipment was installed in a separate control room, on the wall.’
