SDVoE Alliance membership increases

Membership of the SDVoE Alliance continues to grow. Altimium has become the latest contributing member, while HPC Technology is now an adopting member.
Taiwan-based HPC Technology is an OEM of AV connectivity solutions. ‘Over the past two years at HPC, we’ve closely followed the evolution of SDVoE technology and the alliance with great interest,’ said general manager, Samuel Hsieh. ‘The powerful capabilities of the platform to deliver zero-latency, artefact-free transmission of true 4K60 (4:4:4) video make it the ideal choice for our next-generation professional AV products.’
Altimium is a French manufacturer of AV extenders, scalers and cabling. ‘Altimium is in a unique position to introduce SDVoE solutions to the French market,’ commented Justin Kennington, president of the SDVoE Alliance. ‘They will be instrumental in helping to educate systems integrators and end users about the benefits of SDVoE technology and its role as the only standardised, interoperable approach to AV over IP.’
‘The capabilities of SDVoE for zero-latency, artefact-free transmission of true 4K60 (4:4:4) video perfectly align with our philosophy,’ said Thierry Eyssartier, managing director at Altimium. ‘We look forward to working with other alliance members as we lead the industry to signal distribution over Ethernet with the performance we have all come to expect from the best matrix switches.’
