Executive appointments signal growth at Pascal

World:

Danish amp electronics manufacturer, Pascal, has created new COO and CFO management positions, signalling that it is ‘poised for further growth’. Gorm Eichenberger has been appointed as chief financial officer following the retirement of the company’s director of finance, Henrik Gunst Smith. Also joining the company this month in the newly created position of chief operating officer is Gustaf Høskuldsson. Both roles represent an expansion of management team skills in terms of business development, as well as strengthening operations and customer support.

Both Eichenberger and Høskuldsson join Pascal with extensive experience with audiology market leader Widex, where Eichenberger held the position of head of operation finance and Høskuldsson VP global supply chain. Most recently, Eichenberger held the executive group finance director position with Pandora, while Høskuldsson was senior vice president operations and manufacturing at Cobham PLC.

The appointments follow a 12-month period of sustained investment by the company, during which personnel and R&D and operations facilities at its Copenhagen HQ have reportedly expanded by more than 30%.

‘In continuing to manage the growth process and maintain an exceptional rate of expansion, we are seeking to become ever more outside-in customer centric,’ stated CEO, Lars Rosenkvist Fenger.
