For the unveiling of the Ferrari F8 Tributo at the White Bay passenger terminal in Sydney, Fusion Entertainment provided the technical production with the use of lighting fixtures by Claypaky. These were distributed by Show Technology Australia, while the event was designed and produced by Flare Creative Experiences.

More than 200 Fusion staff members installed over 236 lights with 5.1 tons of rigging equipment, 6km of cabling and 158m of black drape. The lighting products included Claypaky’s Sharpy moving beam light fixtures, which were mounted onto both sides of the podium, while five Stormy LED lights were used for a general wash of the area with high-energy strobe effects. ‘We also used quite a few Claypaky Mythos 2; it’s such a versatile fixture that allows us to do a wide range of effects,’ said Paul Walton, Fusion’s technical director for the event. ‘We were impressed with how well the Ferrari logo projection looked with the output we achieved.’
