Adam Hall Group expands global marketing and business development teams

Jason Echols and Kati Eismann have joined the Adam Hall Group to fill two new management positions. Echols is now overseeing the international sales of lighting brand Cameo as business development manager, lighting technology, while Eismann has taken charge of the event technology company’s global strategic and operational marketing.

As BDM of lighting technology, Echols is supporting the Business Development team directed by COO Markus Jahnel. In his new role, the experienced sales professional will drive the international expansion of the Cameo sales network and further expand the market position of the Adam Hall lighting technology brand in the rental, installation and industry sectors. Before joining the Adam Hall Group, he worked for a well-known lighting technology manufacturer as Asia sales director.

“In the last few years, Cameo has continuously developed its product portfolio and gained an excellent reputation worldwide as an innovative, reliable and practically oriented lighting technology brand with first-class design,” commented Echols. “I look forward to greeting our customers and partners from the international Cameo sales network here in Neu-Anspach and to convincing them of the brand’s ingenuity through hands-on demonstrations and training courses.”

As global marketing director, Eismann is now responsible for all the Adam Hall Group’s marketing activities, from online and brand marketing to customer relationship management and campaigns and advertising. She has gathered professional experience in A&R and marketing positions at Warner, Universal and Virgin; marketing, sales and brand building expertise in the fashion, entertainment and lifestyle sectors at Eastpak and Endemol; and managerial roles as managing director at Idols & Brands and client service director at Mindshare. “I find Adam Hall Group’s long history and successful international development very impressive,” stated Eismann. “I'm inspired by this to forge a successful path ahead for the umbrella brand and its individual brands.”
