Microhire receives major contract

Australia:

Centrepiece at Melbourne Park has appointed Microhire as its exclusive in-house partner for audio visual and event staging services. The new conference and events venue is in final preparations to open its doors in September.

The Centrepiece contract follows an earlier agreement for Microhire to provide in-house AV for events and conferences held at the newly opened W Melbourne. “We are exceptionally proud to have been appointed as in-house audio-visual partner for Centrepiece at Melbourne Park,” commented Microhire group general manager, Jamie Hughes. “Our commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology operated by our incredibly talented team has led to the great partnerships with these innovative new venues. We believe this dedication to staying ahead of the curve in our industry has been fundamental in our recent appointments and we could not be more excited to get started.”

Microhire has been serving the Australian events industry for over 25 years and venue partners include Doltone House, Luna Park Sydney, select Marriott International properties and the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane. “We are looking forward to working with Microhire to deliver pioneering technology to our clients,” furthered Centrepiece at Melbourne Park GM Lara Burnes. “Our partnership will help to bring our client’s event visions to life.”
