The Basics of Using a DE-ESSER on Vocals | ADAM Audio

In this first video in a mixing series hosted by our very own Josh Colby, we talk through the basics of using a De-Esser in Pro Tools on a vocal. Josh walks through what a De-Esser is and how to use one effectively for a vocal that may be poking out just a bit too much in the sibilance. Today we are using Pro Tools, but this will work for any DAW.
