JBL supplies vibrant sound to Ho Chi Minh City bar

Vietnamese distributor, Phuc Giang, has supplied Xu Restaurant Lounge and Cocktail Bar with a JBL Professional audio system. Established in 2005, Xu Restaurant Lounge and Cocktail Bar is in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Xu offers musical entertainment in the form of live bands and guest DJs. The 2020 Covid-19 lockdowns provided the opportunity for the restaurant to upgrade its sound system with the help of Phuc Giang.

The client specified that they venue needed a seamless and easy-to-use sound system that would deliver clear and balanced audio throughout. To best deliver this, Phuc Giang installed JBL EON 612 loudspeakers, with JBL IRX 115S subwoofers to compliment the low end on-stage. Phuc Giang also included a Soundcraft Ui24R wireless tablet-based mixing console.

Staff reported that the stage’s new JBL-powered sound system produces sound quality that is “energetic and vibrant”.
